I have worked with Jeffrey Lau and Active Global on a number of high-end luxury millwork projects and have found his product – and his service – to be of the highest order.

In particular, Active produced the Rolex millwork for two Watches of Switzerland stores in New York City – at SoHo and Hudson Yards. In both cases the Rolex boutiques were substantial in size, and required considerable planning for both production and installation. I a m pleased to say that Active was able to provide the fixtures on time, and that the installations at both proceeded without any issues.

Jeffrey was a constant presence throughout the entire process, and always extremely responsive – no matter what the time o f day. It is clear that Jeffrey takes the work h e does personally, and that he considers his company’s success a reflection of his own.

I also worked with Active on several, smaller follow-up projects at both stores, and they proceeded with same professionalism as the larger ones. I should also note that any warranty or repair work that was required was performed immediately, and with a high degree of quality.
